Every S+ Board is manufactured using the highest quality standards available with S+ proprietary vacuum process and top end sustainable raw materials. Despite the fact that S+ is an HI-PERFORMANCE custom product we recognize a LIMITED 1 year warranty on defective products which DO NOT INCLUDE cosmetic imperfections or alterations caused by normal use, pressure dings caused by normal use, fin/foil boxes fails, delaminations/dissociations caused by overheat/over exposure to UV, cracks or snaps coming from flat landings. The CT, CCT and DARKSIDE boards are pure surfboards, if you’re using them as strapless kitesurfing boards please remind that overflex coming from heavy flat landings could damage your board, sometimes is better to kick off before landing in order to avoid damages or injuries. We have bulletproof composite constructions available (HFC2/CFC2) for those who dont’ care about flex and surf feeling but prefer a more solid and abusable board.

 

Keep your board away from direct sunlight or from your car during hot days, at 28° a board can reach up to 75° after 10 minutes of sun exposure condition which can cause delaminations expecially on hard used boards. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the board from official dealer or factory direct sales. The warranty is valid 12 months from the date of purchase of the original product. The warranty is considered void if any repairs are made without informing S+ or by unauthorized companies, in case you damage your board send an email through the contact form we will assist and suggest guidelines to solve or contain the problem.

 

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CLAIM CONDITIONS:

*Damage or defects caused by impact with any materials or objects or reef or sand

*Damage or defects caused by collisions, abuse, misuse or accidental damage.

*Damage or defects as a result of prior damages.

*Damage or defects caused by transport,loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling.

*Damage or defects caused by heel dents.

*Damage or defects caused by use of oversized/wrong hardware (screws, sliders, nuts)

*Damage or defects caused by non recreational use.

*Damage or defects caused by inappropriate storage or handling.

*Damage or defects caused by exposure to temperatures over 60°C and under 0°C

*Damage or defects caused by overexposure to sunlight.

*Damage or defects caused by alterations or modifications, including non professional repairs or use of non compatible chemicals.

*Damage or defects caused by usage of the board after a claim is reported.

*Damage or defects caused by FLAT LANDINGS/hard Hitting

*Damage or defects caused by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions ie. Wet Boardbag

*Damage or defects caused by impact with sea floor

*Damage or defects caused by non compatible accessories.

 

S+ responsability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product once processed by our Laboratory if any issue is determined by defects in materials or workmanship. Neither S+ nor any of his representatives will be responsible for any, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of S+ products
