VS:X (Vacuum Sandwich Xcelerated)

Our latest and most advanced sandwich layup is the result of almost a decade of research and development made by S+ in composites technologies applied to boardsports. S+ pionereed the use of alternative materials and construction processes.

 

A full Hi-Density waterproof 75kg foam layer is sandwiched on deck and bottom using our proprietary vacuum process with the finest and most advanced fiberglass aero grade cloth laminated with bio based Entropy Bio Epoxy resin.

Foilbox and Pad area are reinforced with 260g biaxial CARBON fiber along with a 5cm wide kevlar rail tape. 

 

The result is a super resistant composite laminate with a lethal custom bi-color look.

 

The VF:X range is available in two color options:

C-02 FRENCH BLUE-TIFFANY TURQUOISE
